The townhouse is located in a perfect area only 10 mins from the airport, 10 mins by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping streets and culture, you can cycle on the seafront promenade to the center of Palma, 15 mints away or to the closest local beaches of Portixol, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pastilla or Arenal. You will need a car only if you are planing to explore the Island. You will also find a variety of lovely bars for beautiful sunset views over the sea and for the best paellas, seafood and fresh fish restaurants are in this area, trendy bars and also typical Majorcan cuisine and international dishes.
The house is just minutes walk from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place for a swim. Perfect for all sorts of sport activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle, sailing, fishing, and much more from the small club Nautico of Molinar.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating every body’s needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the apartment is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

-Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
-Bookings also taken for December through to March.
-Long winter rental prices on request.
-Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
Bookings are also possible to be taken for all year around, winter month rentals is possible.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.
You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
