Flexible Cancellation Policy Due to COVID-19

At Lodgerstrip, we offer three different types of cancellation policies for our guests.

They include flexible, moderate, and strict. When you make your reservation, the type of cancellation policy for that apartment will be clearly indicated. Therefore, there should never be a surprise if you do need to cancel after booking.

Flexible 7 Days CancellationIn order to reserve your apartment, you needed to pay a prepayment deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a complete refund of your prepayment. If you miss this 7-day window, then your prepayment will not be refunded.

However, you can use that prepayment to reserve the apartment up to one year after your original check-in date. Certain dates may not be available, so you will need to be flexible with your future stay. Other Cancellation InformationIf you happen to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your check-in, which is 15:00 local time, or you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire total.

In order to avoid hefty costs due to unforeseen circumstances, Lodgerstrip recommends that all guests have travel insurance. This will ensure that you can get your money back if you do happen to miss out on our flexible cancellation policy window or a true emergency does occur. You can cancel your reservation by sending an email to the reservation department. No cancellations over the phone will be accepted.
